Proteus is a powerful CAD tool. Unfortunately for the modeling of dc motors, we can not directly edit the internal parameters such as the coefficient for the dc motor back emf. To overcome this, we can model the dc motor with him as voltage generators. You do this by connecting the encoder output dc motor with frequency converter to the voltage loop. Then the character of dc motor is modeled by giving input in step units.

An then we apply unit step as input , and record its response with analog recorder, below is the result :
